our meads

These are some of our favorites, so much so that we have made them for you as well.

We store our meads under a light atmosphere of co2, out of the light, and in a highly temperature controlled environment.

Bottling can be done on demand; this means that we may not have all of these meads bottled for sale right now, but generally can have them ready for sale directly to you within a few days. Email us if you see a mead here that you would like, but are not finding with our retail partners.

Desert Wildflower Cardamom and Hibiscus

Cardamom forward, an earthy desert wildflower middle, and a smooth hibiscus tannic finish, this mead is complex and refined, perfect for a dinner with your in-laws.

Cardamom has a unique and complex flavor that is slightly sweet yet peppery, with floral, minty, and citrusy notes. You’ll probably catch this on the nose first.

Mesquite Pear

Mesquite is lightly floral on its own, but brings a slightly smokey flavor once fermented. This captures the essence of southern Arizona and pairs it with pears from Williams Arizona.

You’ll get the pear flavor, but without the pear texture.

Orange Blossom with Double Cherries, Blueberries, and Strawberries

This fan favorite is sometimes called “Fruit of the Loom” or “Too Many Erries to Say.” For some, the cherries are the first flavor to stand out. For others, the blueberries. And for most, the strawberry comes in at the very end.

Paired with orange blossom honey, this matches the richness of the sweet cherry, tart cherry, and the berries with a slight citric tang.

Desert Wildflower Date

One of the more complex meads we make, this actually comes from the simplest of ingredients, water, honey, yeast, and dates.

Dates are super sweet, and they have a mild taste like prunes or raisins, but the sweetness isn’t as strong as the cane sugar flavor. This is a wine lover favorite.
